If you offer a valuable service at premium price, you’ll attract a stream of clients who intentionally choose you over lower price tags — if you have the Badass Brand strategy to back it up.

Plus, you’ll attract a ton of fans in the process who love that you’re not afraid to practice what you preach.

By trimming your business up to your most profitable services, you’ll also position yourself as an industry expert.

Of course, this is scary. Many business owners assume the more services they offer, the better; that being available to provide their customers with anything they need will generate more business, and therefore more profit.

What really happens? They get roped into offering a service they don’t know how to effectively provide, or down-pricing their expertise for clients who won’t pay. This results from their lack a clear brand strategy all together.

A clear, straightforward business message immediately commands respect. When it’s built around only your most profitable services, it shows potential clients that you know who you are and what you’re worth. You’re not willing to settle for anything less. Now that’s attractive, and your people will flock to you.
